Janis Care Services is a trusted in-home care company, based in Calgary, Alberta. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients. Our services range from care for elderly clients, clients with disabilities, companionship services, meal-prep, homecare including cleaning and organizing, respite care, transportation to and from appointments and more.

Janis Care Services was founded by Kerris, in the legacy of his mother Janis (learn more about Kerris here). Kerris oversaw the provision of care for his mother, who required 24 hour extensive care. He was exposed to the caregiving industry for a large part of his life and led a private system of care of up to 10 caregivers within his own household. He founded Janis Care Services to remodel the industry into something he would have approved of for his own mother.

Janis Care Services is an affordable agency that provides care which surpasses the current and accepted standard. We give comprehensive homecare to clients suffering from any kind of physical or mental condition, and our services range for any length of time, even up to 24 hour around the clock care.

Many don’t realize the benefits of a company like ours that looks after the entire structure of our client’s care plan. Sick days, vacations, time off, holidays – we cover all of this as we have backup caregivers in place who have already been integrated into the particular client’s routine, so that that client never goes without being attended to. All in addition to providing the day-to-day homemaking, house cleaning, grocery shopping, driving to appointments, and errands that help elevate the livelihood of our clients.
